Claims for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If your package is confirmed lost, we will cover the costs associated with replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. If you wish to offer size exchanges or returns to your customers, please contact us directly to make arrangements at your expense.

Please Note:

  • Personalized items or goods made to order are non-refundable.

Address Issues

If the shipping address provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect:

  • The shipment may be returned to our facility. In such cases, customers are responsible for reshipping costs after confirming an updated address.
  • Unclaimed shipments returned to us will incur a reshipping cost. Unclaimed items may be donated after 30 days.

Returned by Customer

Before returning any product, please contact us to discuss your issue. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for processing or refund.

European Union Consumers

In compliance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, returns may not be accepted for:

  1. Goods made to order or personalized for the consumer.
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
